Coaching Services
If you’re interested in private coaching please reach out to me at runwithrichelle@gmail.com. I offer $100 – $300 + tax options for 20 week training plans. For $100+tax I’ll create a custom plan for you based on your current running fitness and goals. For $200+tax you’ll also receive a custom strength training program based on strength test results and past injury history. For $300 we will do weekly check-ins via email on Mondays. You can also get just the strength routine for $125+tax or the strength + check ins for $200+tax.
